Judaikit is a series of modern branded judaica (jewish ceremonial art) kits. Judaica is a variety of traditional objects used by jewish community for religious ritual purposes.

Considering the overall society shift into a more inclusive mindset, globalizations and rise of self-search, Judaikit is proposing an innovative solution for a new generation of jewish individuals, seeking to integrate their cultural roots in their fast-paced and modern lifestyles.

The Brand


The brand consists of 3 main lines:

  1. Basic line - for weekly/daily use
  2. Holidays line - for yearly occasions
  3. Life Occasions line - for special events during a person’s life

Every line has distinct visual characteristics, while each individual kit is tailored made for the Jewish ritual it is dedicated for. The objects are delivered in a minimal and symbolic packaging design, which are all influenced by the common colour pallete and context of each ritual.

Target group


Judaikit’s core target group consists of young, jewish immigrant individuals, mostly originating from the largest Jewish communities in Israel or the US. In order to successfully connect with as many targeted users as possible, it is rather necessary to communicate in both Hebrew and English.

The bilingual need created a design challenge, which eventually I was able to solve by using a wide vertical-horizontal typography layout throughout the packaging and the info booklet. The website as well is available in both Hebrew and English versions

The Website


The JUDAIKIT experience online:
The website is created to provide both easy access to the brand’s message and community, as well as purchasing the kits and individual objects.

The shop section allows an easy navigation across available products, allowing users a free choice of purchase.
Considering the target of the brand, the website is both desktop and mobile responsive.
